Where we deliver

SAMVIRAA ships to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

• Every SAMVIRAA product ships free with standard US shipping.
• GoodFor and Sentry shower filters and replacement cartridges also ship free with standard US shipping.
• Items from other brands ship at the rate set by the brand or retailer that sends them. The product page shows that rate, and checkout shows the exact amount for your address before you pay. For example, Crystal Quest charges $7.95 to $9.95 depending on the address.
• If your order contains items from different brands, each brand's shipping is added separately.
• Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Where your order ships from

Every item ships directly to you from a warehouse in the United States. Each product page shows where the item ships from and, where the supplier tells us, how quickly it usually leaves the warehouse. You'll get an order confirmation by email right away, and a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders with several items

If you order items that ship from different places, they ship separately and may arrive on different days. Each package gets its own tracking link.

Delays

If your order is running late, we'll email you with an update and the choice to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@samviraa.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
