Have a tracking number?

Paste it below to see every scan, from our warehouse to your door. It works for all our carriers, including YunExpress, CJPacket, USPS and UPS.

How it works

1. Tap View my orders & tracking.
2. Enter the email you used at checkout. We send you a 6-digit code (no password needed).
3. Open your order to see its status and tracking number once it ships. This works even if you checked out as a guest.

Order stages

• Confirmed: payment received, order sent to our fulfilment partner.
• Processing: picked and packed (usually 1–3 business days).
• Shipped: you get an email with your tracking number and link.
• Delivered: delivery time is shown on each product page.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours after the shipping email to show its first scan. Some items ship separately from different partners, so you may get more than one tracking number.
